YMCA Volleyball Opportunities:

The new YMCA volleyball program is a lower-key, less competitive form of volleyball.  This is organized pick-up volleyball for adults 25+. All skill levels are welcome. We keep score, but it is not highly competitive. It's about enjoying the game.  It is on Tuesdays 6:30-8:30pm at the West End YMCA.

Zumba and Zumba Toning Classes:

Classes are every Monday and Thursday  |  6:15 - 7:30 PM  |  $6 per class
All classes will be 50 mins of Zumba or Zumba Toning with 10 min. of floor work/cool down. Please bring a mat for ALL CLASSES!
Laura is an energetic and fun instructor. Receive half off your first class.
