Residential Lock Box Program

WHFD is currently providing the Roper Lock Box for fast, secure, and non-evasive access to your home in the event of an emergency.

The lock cylinder & key are made specifically for our community (Willoughby Hills and Waite Hill) and only the fire department has access to the key.

Your address and the box's location information will then be entered in to our Dispatch CAD system so that responding crews will know you have an entry system present at your home.  Garage door codes, emergency contacts, and any other important occupant information can also be documented.

If you ever move or change the location of your lock box (or decide to remove it), please contact us so that we can update the information in our dispatch computer system.
