YMCA VOLLEYBALL OPPORTUNITIES:

The new YMCA volleyball program is a lower-key, less competitive form of volleyball.  This is organized pick-up volleyball for adults 25+. All skill levels are welcome. We keep score, but it is not highly competitive. It's about enjoying the game.  It is on Tuesdays 6:30-8:30pm at the West End YMCA.

ZUMBA  and ZUMBA TONING CLASSES

Classes are every Monday and Thursday
6:15-7:30 pm ~ $6 per class
All classes will be 50 mins of Zumba or 
Zumba Toning with 10 min. of floor
work/cool down. Please bring a mat
for ALL CLASSES!
