MeetUp Spot
The Willoughby Hills Police Department has partnered with OfferUp to improve the safety and security of in-person transactions. Their MeetUp Spots program helps serve the purpose of designating secure transaction sites for buyers and sellers from online marketplaces. The WHPD lobby is open 24 hours a day and can be used as a safe, monitored location for exchanges. The sign pictured has been posted in the lobby. WHPD also encourages residents to use the lobby for child custody exchanges when appropriate.
