A marker will be prepared to contain the service member’s name and branch of service. The marker and American flag will then be displayed at the Willoughby Hills Veterans’ Memorial at Willoughby Hills Community Center, 35400 Chardon Road, Willoughby Hills during the month of May.
All donations will be given to the Willoughby Hills VFW Post 4358 to assist with operating expenses in lieu of the cancellation of the Post’s Poppy Drive this year.

The City is still accepting donations from anyone interested in honoring or supporting veterans. All revenues received will be used exclusively for the construction and maintenance of the facility and sponsors will be recognized on permanent markers at the facility.
